Uh, the texture just felt a little off to me and wasn’t really what I was expecting.

I recently had to return an order, and since that’s the last experience I had with them, it’s kind of what’s sticking in my mind right now. The return itself was fine, nothing terrible, but it wasn’t exactly smooth either. Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while and I had to check in once to keep things moving. The refund did come through eventually, just slower than I expected. Overall, not a bad experience, but average and I wish the timing had been a bit clearer.

Checkout itself was quick and didn’t really give me any trouble. I added my items, put in my info, and the order went through right away. The shipping options were easy enough to see too. That said, I did feel a little misled by how smooth everything seemed at first, because I was expecting the total or details to be clearer before the final step. Overall it was hassle-free, but I wish things had been more upfront

I bought a digital plan and thought it would be a quick download, but the link just wouldn’t work for me. I checked my email, spam folder, logged out and back in, and kept clicking around trying to find it, which was such a waste of energy for something that should’ve taken a minute.

I messaged support and waited, but the whole thing started to feel like I was chasing them just to access something I already paid for. Way more stressful than it needed to be, and not really worth the hassle.

It saved me some time, which I really appreciated. For what I paid, I’d say it was definitely worth it.

I really liked that the ingredients weren’t anything too strange or hard to track down. I think I was able to get most of it at my regular grocery store, which made following the plans a lot less frustrating.

The customer service was slow. They did get back to me eventually, but I had to wait and wait, which was really frustrating. I kept checking for a response, and nothing was there for a while. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but the waiting was definitely annoying.
